Lost Admin Password

Regularly people forget their passwords. Web based passwords as well as their computer's admin account password. I will explain how you can reset the password without knowing the original password.

IMPORTANT: A limited account won't be able to change the administrator's password.

1. Press   and R to open the RUN window

2. Enter CMD and click OK

3. Use the following command without brackets;  "  net user private *  "    -  where private is the account name

4. Enter your new password and confirm it:




That's it! The account's password should be changed.
